Description
As the Northeast Account Executive, you will be responsible for new customer acquisition in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed your assigned software quota
Create a comprehensive territory plan to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospects and position our software solutions
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.
Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
Lead contract negotiations and navigate complex sales cycles.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on prospect needs and market insights.
Work with your assigned BDR and develop an outbound sales strategy for your territory.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in SFDC; consistently forecast your business, quarter over quarter
Actively travel within your assigned territory. Attend sales meetings, trade shows and other industry events.
Requirements
3-5 years of success in B2B software sales, with a focus on exceeding revenue targets.
Strong understanding of the software industry, including SaaS and enterprise solutions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within client organizations.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Must reside in New Jersey or New York
