Job Summary:
This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced team, where you will play an integral part in executing PR campaigns. You will be responsible for assisting senior staff with day-to-day communications and drafting press materials.
Duties:
* Execute PR campaigns as part of a collaborative team effort.
* Support senior colleagues with internal and external client communications.
* Develop and create press materials and content.
* Manage media inquiries from both the press and clients.
* Promote press releases and pitch stories to international journalists.
* Conduct daily media monitoring and provide regular reports.
* Frequently interact directly with clients to ensure their needs are met.
* Create and implement social media plans and track campaign results.
* Plan and execute paid digital search and social campaigns.
* Conduct industry research and develop story ideas and angles.
* Nurture relationships with media outlets to secure and expand coverage.
* Provide support and training to Executives and Interns.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a PR agency setting following graduation.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Business-level fluency in English; French or German proficiency also required.
* Bonus: Knowledge of finance and business/economics.
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for clients.
* Thorough understanding of the technology and business media landscape.
* Experience leveraging social media as a PR tool.
