Job Description
The Store Design Project Leader is a key role in Tissot's International Visual Merchandising Department, responsible for creating and developing unique boutique spaces worldwide.

As a member of the Store Design Team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects with real impact, collaborating closely with various disciplines to foster exchange and synergy.
Your Responsibilities:
* Boutique Design: Create and implement Tissot boutiques, shop-in-shops, kiosks, and pop-up stores according to the brand's design and technical guidelines.
* Technical Drawings: Develop full sets of technical drawings and 3D renders, as well as project manage development from external agencies.
* Support and Innovation: Provide creative and technical support to local teams and professionals on Tissot retail concepts, proposing innovative solutions to improve standard furniture menus with the latest trends, materials, lighting, and digital technologies.
* Project Management: Communicate with Visual Merchandising and dedicated project managers, as well as the Retailer's technical department, to ensure all designs are approved within set time schedules and budgets.
* Construction Oversight: Liaise with contractors, internal, and external teams to control and approve construction drawings and materials, pilot projects to ensure successful installations on time and on budget.
* Travel and Quality Control: Travel on-site for important projects to inspect build quality.
Requirements:
* Credentials: Education in interior design, architecture, industrial design, or visual merchandising.
* Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Skillset: Proficient computer skills in 3D modeling & rendering (Rhinoceros 3D, VRay), technical drawings (Rhinoceros 3D, AutoCAD or other), Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator & InDesign are a plus), Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
Languages:
French and English - excellent oral and written knowledge.
