Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the financial operations of our subsidiary. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Cooperating with the parent company's Financial Shared Service Centre for timely reporting and consolidation.
* Preparing local statutory financial statements and managing financial records.
* Assisting in building the subsidiary's internal control system according to HQ guidelines and ensuring accurate reflection of financial and operational data.
* Monitoring and analyzing budget execution, identifying issues and suggesting improvements.
* Handling tax filings, audits, and maintaining relationships with banks and government agencies.
* Focusing on liquidity and risk management, ensuring proper cost controls and management of income and expenses.
* SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION OF THE BU'S ANNUAL BUDGET AND ROLLING FORECASTS.
* PreparINg regular Management Reports WITH FINANCIAL DATA AND BUSINESS ANALYSIS.
* AnalysING COSTS, GROSS PROFIT, AND PROFITABILITY BASED ON SSC SUPPORT, OFFERING DECISION-MAKING SUPPORT TO MANAGEMENT.
* Acting as a liaison between business units and HQ, ensuring smooth communication of financial data.

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance-related majors.
* More than 8 years of accounting experience, including 5+ years of manufacturing costing experience.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP.
* Familiarity with relative local laws and tax regulations of Switzerland.
* Familiarity with IFRS and Swiss GAAP.
* Federal diploma in Finance and accounting or equivalent certifications preferred.
* Strong communications and coordination skills.
* Fluent English.
