Job Description
As part of the Talent Management team at Swissquote, you will contribute to creating an environment where individuals and teams are equipped to perform effectively and grow over time. Your role focuses on providing structured support to managers and employees across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding to performance and development — while ensuring consistency with the company’s objectives and values.
You will work in close collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a strong culture of feedback, clarity, and fairness, and to support sustainable performance at both individual and organizational levels.
Key responsibilities
* Support for people managers
Act as a point of contact for managers regarding talent-related topics, including team structure, performance management, development, terminations and employee well-being. Provide guidance on processes, decision-making, and internal policies.
* Talent development and performance processes
Contribute to the design and coordination of initiatives such as annual performance reviews, performance assessment, succession planning, career development, and talent-specific projects (e.g. Talent or Management Academy). Ensure follow-up and support for individuals in key roles.
* Hiring and onboarding support
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align hiring needs and validate job offers. Participate in final interviews for senior level and managerial positions and provide input on internal mobility. Ensure a smooth onboarding process and conduct check-ins post-hiring or post-contract conversion.
* Employee relations and engagement
Handle employee-related matters such as conflict management, mediation, and all other complex employees cases. Participate in maintaining a constructive, collaborative and healthy work environment by analyzing feedback, survey results, and helping managers address team-related concerns.
* Compensation and workforce planning
Take part in compensation review cycles, budget preparation, and consistency checks. Provide input based on department insights and contribute to reporting and structural salary analysis.
* Culture, policies, and organizational support
Help define and communicate HR policies and processes, and contribute to projects related to change management, communication, and internal alignment. Participate in initiatives linked to inclusion, team workshops, and internal events when relevant.
Qualifications
* 3 to 5 years of experience in a Talent Management, HR Business Partner, or similar HR generalist role, ideally in a company of comparable size and complexity
* Comfortable working with both strategic and operational topics
* Familiar with HR best practices and interested in bringing external insights into existing processes
* Structured and analytical, with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making (at ease with excel and HR Data Analysis)
* Fluent in French and English (German is an asset)
* Able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively across departments and level
