Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* As a Team Leader Quality Management Systems, you will lead the Management System Team and develop individual team members within their roles.
* You will conduct annual review reports to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
* You will maintain and update a mid-term plan for the Management System and Data Governance, reporting to management and sponsors.
* You will maintain ISO certificates and Data Governance at all Swiss sites and monitor compliance with regulations and standards.
* You will continuously improve the Management System based on business needs, using harmonization possibilities at both local and global levels.
* You will represent the Management System during regulatory inspections and customer audits and communicate findings appropriately.
* You will define and apply performance indicators and quality/environmental/data governance measures to ensure regulatory and standards alignment.
* You will ensure cooperation with Group Functions, consolidate internal audits, coordinate with business units, and train Process Owners, Leaders, and Auditors.
What You Need to Succeed
* You must hold a university degree in Industrial Engineering or similar or have equivalent experience with Management Systems, Quality & Environmental topics, or related fields.
* You must have 4-5 years of relevant experience in Management System development and implementation - or comparable; ideally within a high-tech industrial environment.
* You must have gained at least 2-3 years of leadership experience, people development and strength in managing projects and initiatives.
* You must have experience working with certifications and accreditation bodies including conducting or directly participating in audits by the authorities.
* You must show a holistic understanding about the needs for global acting business units with diverse interfaces to local and globally spread business partners.
* You must be fluent in English and German.
