Could you be the full-time Requirements Management Engineer (f/m/d) in Zurich we’re looking for?
Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. You’ll report to Michael Fuller, Requirement Management Domain Leader and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
Establish traceability of compliance to technical requirement focusing on contract execution and fulfilment of the customer’s requirements
Ensure that the management of tender and project requirements is performed as per the RM process and methodology, thus the delivered product meets the contractual requirements
Provide the necessary support and training to tender and project teams regarding requirements management (RM) process, methodology and tool (DOORS) to perform activities requested by the process
Monitor and report on the status of RM activities, manage the RM database and help engineers in their RM activities
University degree in engineering and a minimum of three years of engineering experience, including practical involvement in projects throughout various stages of the project lifecycle
Desirable two years of experience related to rail systems requirements and experience on major rail projects
Strong communication skills in English; German and French can make the difference
Familiarity with database solutions for requirements management (DOORS) and experience with DXL scripting
Foundational knowledge of Systems Engineering/Integration concepts
