Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional who can connect with clients and build rapport with ease. Passion for watches is essential, as you will be discussing watches, complications, and giving advice to customers regarding watch purchases.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Built and maintain our CRM database to manage client relationships and track leads.
2. Follow up on leads generated from digital marketing campaigns to sell watches and capture key data in our CRM.
3. Nurture existing client relationships to uncover new needs, leads, and opportunities frequently.
4. Achieve seasonal individual and company sales goals through phone and online sales.
5. Provide the highest level of service, accessibility, and follow-up with ongoing client leads and new leads.
6. Support Customer Service ~30% by working with the ERP System/logistics.
7. Collaborate with the team in a dynamic environment.
