Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve internal and external non-conformities, ensuring timely resolution
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor their effectiveness
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys
Develop, plan, and execute qualification protocols and reports (IQ, OQ, PQ) for equipment, processes, and systems
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant regulatory requirements
Perform risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies in production processes
Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring documentation readiness
Conduct statistical data analysis, process capability studies (Cp, Cpk), and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and improve product quality
Use quality control tools (FMEA, DOE, Control Charts) to identify trends and enhance processes
Collaborate with production, R&D, technical, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Train colleagues on good documentation and manufacturing practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and inspection reports
Your Profile:
Engineering background (HES or EPF) with good skills in data analysis
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position
Mastery of quality tools: FMEA, Six Sigma, SPC, etc.
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated and flexible
Very good English skills (oral and written)
Ability to work as an effective team player who is proactive and takes initiative (problem solving)
Good knowledge in semiconductor processes and in thin-films is an asset
