Key Responsibilities: Defines global deployment plan for Taste innovation projects, covering all pre-commercialization and technical marketing aspects.
Elaborates clear value proposition and storytelling backed up with science and technical data.
Ensures the innovation project portfolio is ready for deployment in target markets (incl. trademarking; consumer insights; regulatory compliance; supply chain, documentation and systems readiness; pricing; etc.).
Designs innovative internal and external launch material incl. market product demos.
Drives and participates in internal trainings for the creation, technical, marketing and commercial communities.
Collaborates with strategic and technical innovation program leaders (IPLs and TPLs) to assess elements such as positioning, route to market, partnerships, pricing strategy, technical performance, etc.
Fosters communication between global and regional teams as well as among global functions and strategic business units.

You Bring: University degree in Food / Flavor Technology or Business Administration.
5-10 years’ experience in the food & beverages or food ingredients industry (e.g. flavors, nutrition, texture systems). B2B and B2C experience is a significant asset.
Excellent project management skills, rigorous and organized, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent technical marketing background (ability to explain complex scientific topics in a clear, concise, and client-focused manner).
Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional communication, persuasive, with good influencing skills across cultures & geographies.
