Responsibilities
* Responsibility for incoming orders in the assigned sales region (USA, Brazil)
* Customer acquisition and support in the area of Life Cycle Support
* Preparation and calculation of offers regarding SKAN-LCS portfolio (After Sales)
* Contract review and handover to executing departments
* LCS customer project follow-up and data maintenance
* Cooperation with agents
* Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions
* Travel activity: regular visits to customers desired
* Solid technical expertise is essential
* Sales experience in plant engineering for the pharmaceutical industry (GMP) is very advantageous
* Business fluent in English
* Sound knowledge of SAP and MS Office CRM system C4C is an advantage
