Global Category Manager - Pharma
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Global Category Manager to join our team in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your Experience/Knowledge:
* 7+ years of strategic and operational procurement experience with a deep understanding of category management.
* Prior experience working within a regulated industry is crucial for success in this role.
* Strong sub-category expertise and a proven track record in sourcing are key qualifications.
* Able to lead cross-functional project teams to generate material value across multiple categories.
* Demonstrated ability to manage category management projects and develop sourcing strategies.
* Proven financial and business acumen, including TCO, TEI, NPV, and cost modeling, as well as exceptional communication and project management skills.
* Effective communication is critical for working in cross-functional project teams and achieving success in negotiations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and contribute to process improvement is vital.
