The Role:
As the Head of Group Communications & Public Affairs at Hupac Group, you will develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy across institutional and internal communications.
You will ensure effective use of communication channels while managing allocated resources.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Relations: Foster relationships with institutions and industry associations.
2. Political Positions: Define and communicate the company's positions on relevant matters.
3. Communication Tools: Design, implement, and oversee various tools, including digital platforms, corporate brochures, advertising campaigns, exhibitions, events, and newsletters.
4. Internal Communication: Promote effective internal communication, supporting management, legal entities, and departments in optimizing communication methodologies and processes.
Your Profile:
We seek a highly skilled professional with:
1. A degree in communication, marketing, or a related field.
2. A minimum of five years' experience in corporate and institutional communications, with a strong understanding of marketing strategies and internal communications.
3. Proven experience in resource and budget management.
4. Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills combined with a hands-on approach.
5. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German, Italian, and English.
6. In-depth knowledge of best practices in business correspondence, public relations, advertising, marketing, sales copywriting, and social media.
7. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a professional understanding of crisis management.
