Marketing Operations Consultant
We are hiring a driven and creative Marketing Operations Consultant to amplify our brand presence across digital, electronic, and physical channels in the real estate and investment space.
In close collaboration with the marketing manager, you'll implement and execute a diverse range of campaigns, manage community engagement, develop high-impact content, and drive lead generation. Your responsibilities will span from social media, database, and website management to event promotion, analytics, and brand-building initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Build and implement a strategic social media plan that aligns with company objectives to drive brand awareness and engage investors.
* Content Creation and Posting: Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Audience Segmentation and Growth: Tailor content to key audience segments, leveraging analytics to identify the best ways to engage each.
* Community Engagement: Regularly interact with followers, respond to messages, and address comments to foster community trust and credibility.
* Influencer Partnerships: Establish relationships with industry influencers, professionals, and thought leaders to expand brand reach.
Campaign Development and Analytics:
* Plan and Launch Social Media Campaigns: Execute both organic and paid campaigns, including Facebook and LinkedIn Ads, to drive leads and attract investors.
* Analytics and A/B Testing: Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
CRM, Database, and Marketing Funnels:
* Manage CRM Systems and Database Segmentation: Ensure database quality, data segregation, and integration; support SMS, email, and ringless voicemail (RVM) campaigns.
Paid Advertising and Lead Generation:
* Manage Paid Campaigns: Lead PPC campaigns on Facebook and Google to attract targeted leads, tracking campaign performance and costs.
Key Qualifications:
* Experience: Min of 2 years as a Social Media Manager or Marketing Consultant. Proven successful track record within real estate or finance company.
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer), Canva, Adobe Suite, webinar management, and video editing.
