Responsibilities
1. In an internationally operating industrial company specializing in high-quality machines and services for the construction industry, you will be responsible for the technical support in projects, working in a team of 8 people
2. You will provide essential international customer support via the support line and with your technical knowledge in areas such as troubleshooting and remote maintenance of the systems
3. You are responsible for coordinating, advising, and training the field technicians as well as the national and international customers
4. You are an important link between the technologies, customers and internal employees and work closely with various departments to ensure that the business runs smoothly
Profile
5. You have technical training in the electrical field (electrician, electrical engineer, automation technician etc.) or similar
6. You have experience in the electrical and systems sector and are well versed in drive, control and measurement technology
7. You are skilled in the area of IT and technology
8. You enjoy working with clients and have a open and communicative approach
9. You are business fluent in French and have a good command of English, while knowledge of German is a big plus
