To strengthen our Export Europe & Africa Sales Force and support the development of our Perfume Business Unit in Neuchâtel, we are seeking a talented:
Perfume Area Sales Manager Export Europe-Africa
This role involves leading commercial and marketing activities within European and African domestic markets (excluding Affiliates) to drive business with distributor partners and ensure high profitability and luxury positioning of Bulgari Perfumes.
Responsibilities
* In close collaboration with local partners, proactively drive strategic and commercial business development of Bulgari Parfums in markets (including sales and marketing, assortment management, forecasts, A&P budgets) to deliver Bulgari excellence at POS.
* Monitor market activities, assess distribution compliance with Bulgari guidelines, and enhance performance by reporting sales analysis, marketing plans review, and sharing best practices.
* Lead direct negotiation at retail level for strategic projects and actively support distributors for key projects and new business opportunities.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of international sales experience, preferably in the fragrance or luxury industry.
A Degree in Business studies, Economics, or equivalent education is required, along with confirmed negotiation skills, proven successful track-record in sales and business strategic planning, good knowledge of P&L management, and profit optimization.
Familiarity with IT reporting tools and fluency in French and English are essential. Any additional language skills are an advantage.
