We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Expert to join our in-house team.
The Role
Configure, maintain and optimize various SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding, Talent Management and Performance Management.
You will participate in the full system lifecycle from design and implementation to testing, training and post-launch support.
E nsure seamless integration across different modules and HR functions by performing regular system updates and enhancements.
Collaborate with the HR team and key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
Act as a liaison between the HR department and IT teams to ensure smooth system operations.
Create system documentation, including user guides and process flows.
Ideal Profile
* Proven experience in the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management and Performance Management.
* Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance reviews and talent development.
* Experience in system integration, configuration and testing within SAP SuccessFactors.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with HR and IT teams.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
* Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and management of HR reports and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud.
* Conduct training sessions for HR staff and other end users to ensure proficiency in using the SuccessFactors platform.
* Share best practices and continually improve team knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
