Job Responsibilities:
* In this role you are the point of contact for customers (B2B clients).
* You support and advise them on the professional use of software services offered.
* Customer concerns about the software are received and processed by you via telephone, mail, or ticket system.
* If possible, you'll solve the problem with Python or SQL scripts.
Qualifications:
* Experience with database management systems (e.g. PostgreSQL).
* Previous work as 1st / 2nd level support.
* Fluency in English; preferably also in German.
* Passion for IT as well as modern, stable, and visible software solutions.
* Communicative and proactive personality for the best customer experience.
* Additional preferred skills: Finished studies in the technical field, experience with Google Cloud, Python, Linux.
