In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a tax professional with career ambition, who will support the Headquarters’ Group Tax Reporting team. The candidate will be working in close co-operation with teams from Accounting, Consolidation, Legal professionals and liaise with teams in various operating regions around the world. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop and work in a multinational tax environment.
Responsibilities:
* Support quarterly and annual tax provision preparation in accordance with IAS 12
* Maintain the tax reporting software called Global Tax Centre (GTC), related to company master data and user details
* Support the company’s preparation of the OECD Pillar Two compliance requirements
* Ensure BEPS Action 13 Country-by-Country filing obligations are maintained globally
* Preparation and submission of the annual BEPS Action 13 Country-by-Country-Report
* Maintain legal data base called GEMS with regards to BEPS Action 13 Country-by-Country qualitative reporting requirements
* Take part in the implementation of the EU Public Country-by-Country Reporting
* Assist in preparation of Swiss corporate income tax returns
* Run quarterly and bi-annually user reviews for tax systems, GTC and Tax Risk Reporting (TRS)
* Stay updated on changes in international tax regulations and advise Management accordingly
* Work closely with various departments, including accounting, legal and consolidation to gather necessary data
* Ad hoc tasks to assist Global Head of Tax Reporting and Tax Accounting
The function requires:
* Degree or professional qualification in Business Administration
* 3-4 years proven experience in corporate tax compliance or advisory
* Working independently to prepare, analyse and report financial information on a timely and high-quality manner
* Attention to details, ability to set priorities and to meet tight deadlines with competing priorities
* Solution oriented, ability to cope with complexity
* Able to meet deadlines
* Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
* English written and spoken mandatory, other languages a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and flexible environment
* Excellent team player, open minded and initiative personality
