We advise and support our clients in identifying, assessing, and managing business and digital risks.
Become part of our motivated team and support projects in risk management, digital governance, and technology implementations. You will join a very diverse, inclusive, and enthusiastic team of professionals based out of Zurich, Basel, Geneva, or Lausanne.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Support Digital Governance Policies and Procedures: Assist in documenting and implementing digital governance policies and procedures, including digital risk management.
* Analyze Technological Risks: Support companies in analyzing technological and digital risks and establishing measures to minimize risks associated with Trusted AI and Ethical Use of Technology and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Technology implementations.
* Advise on Digital Transformation Projects: Advise clients on digital transformation projects, such as the transition to SAP S/4 HANA.
* Conduct Segregation of Duties Assessments: Conduct assessments to identify potential conflicts in user roles and access rights and assist in developing remediation plans for segregation of duties violations.
* Implement Identity and Access Management: Advise and implement Identity and Access Management Lifecycle processes.
* Design Software Asset Management Solutions: Design and implement new Software Asset Management Solutions and Managed Service concepts.
Skills and Attributes for Success
* Education and Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Information Management, Business IT & Management, Data Analytics, IT Risk Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration. 1-2 years of professional experience in IT/Digital Risk Management, Digital & AI Risk Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and other relevant experience.
* Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of IT Risk Frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO27001, NIST) and frameworks for applications, data, cloud, and IT governance.
* Curiosity and Communication Skills: You are intellectually curious and genuinely interested in new technologies and digitalization. Fast learner with a growth mindset. Good interpersonal skills, which enable you to work in an international, collaborative team environment.
* Languages and Travel: Strong communication skills in English and German or French are a must. Any additional language spoken is considered a plus. Willingness to travel (20-30%) in Europe and across the globe.
