As a Digital Learning Coordinator, you will join the Information SystemsDepartment, currently made up of 45 passionate employees.
You will report to the Head of HR Information Systems and will work on adaily basis with the Digital Learning Manager.
The Digital Learning Department works in close collaboration with theRetail, Sales, HR, Marketing, etc. business teams in order to create digitalcontent for our teams in Switzerland and around the world.

Your Mission
You will be responsible for designing and developingengaging training content, managing the Learning Management System (LMS),deploying training campaigns, and overseeing various training-related projects.You will provide technical and pedagogical support to LMS users, stay updatedon the latest trends in digital learning, and propose innovations to enhancethe learning experience. Additionally, you will produce regular performancereports and offer recommendations for continuous improvement. This role iscrucial in developing employee skills and ensuring the effective delivery oftraining within the organization.

Your Activities
9. Design and develop interactive training modules.
10. Create and update digital training materials such as texts, videos, presentations, quizzes, and assessments.
11. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
12. Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, user enrollment, and permission management.
13. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operation of the LMS.
14. Monitor and analyze LMS data to evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements. Plan and execute online training campaigns.
15. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
16. Communicate launch dates, updates, and resources to learners.
17. Lead and manage digital training projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
18. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
19. Provide technical and instructional support to LMS users.
20. Conduct training sessions to help users maximize their use of the LMS.
21. Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital learning.
22. Generate regular reports on training program performance and user engagement.
Your background and competencies/skills
23. University degree (sales, digital marketing, communications is preferred)
24. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) capabilities and limitations (Cornerstone) and SCORM/xAPI standards
25. Proficient in using Content Management Systems. Elucidat is a plus
26. Experience in Retail sales
27. Interest in luxury sector, sales and training
28. Good Project Management skills
29. Ability to work as part of a team
30. Strong composition and grammar skills
31. Learning solution architecture experience
32. Good visual design skills and the ability to storyboard
