Your mission
Are you passionate about IT and looking to grow in a dynamic, cloud-driven environment? As an IT Supporter, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth operation and resolution of their IT issues. Provide professional and efficient 1st and 2nd level support for our customers (via ticketing system, phone, and remote tools)
Classify, document, dispatch and follow up on support tickets
Create and maintain documentation, including internal knowledge base articles and FAQs for recurring topics
Escalate complex problems to engineering teams, while maintaining ownership and communication with the customer
Maintain accurate records of support activities and ensure high data quality in the ticketing system
Your profile
You have a solid foundation in IT and are looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Your ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly makes you a valuable resource to customers, and your dedication to learning ensures that you’ll thrive in this growing role.
Completed IT training (e.g., apprenticeship), advanced technical college diploma in IT, or university degree in IT
Experience in administering Microsoft and/or Linux server operating systems
Flexible, resilient, and committed
Quick to understand technical concepts, and detail-oriented in your work
Independent working style, but enjoy collaborating in a young, dynamic team
Strong communication skills and high service orientation
Fluent in spoken and written German and English (English is used internally, German with the customers)
