We are seeking an experienced and dynamic FP&A Manager to shape the newly established FP&A function in our fast-growing B2B hardware and software scale-up company.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring that the company makes informed, data-driven decisions to fuel sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for both our hardware and software divisions.
* Develop and maintain financial models that support strategic decision-making and track business performance.
* Provide in-depth analysis of financial data, KPIs, and business trends to assist in decision-making and drive business performance.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to executive leadership and board of directors.
* Collaborate closely with business leaders across departments to understand their needs and provide financial insights that guide operational and strategic decisions.
* Manage and contribute to cross-functional finance projects:
o drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and systems.
o maintain and optimize the use of financial tools, and ensure proper integration with other systems.
o assist in the preparation of business cases for new investments, projects, or strategic initiatives, ensuring financial implications are clearly understood.
o support in investor relations and fundraising activities by providing key financial insights and ensuring the company’s financial story is well communicated.
Your qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position (FP&A Manager, Analyst, Controller, or as Finance Consultant from a Big 4 firm).
* Solid experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), CRM tools like HubSpot, and FP&A tools such as Pigment.
* Understanding of B2B SaaS business models (especially recurring revenue) and hardware business dynamics.
* Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; any additional languages are a plus.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work collaboratively across various functions and teams.
