Job Overview
As a ServiceNow Engineer at Ronal Global, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of our IT operations. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring ServiceNow remains our core ITSM solution.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and operate ServiceNow to ensure optimal performance.
* Install, configure, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications, tools, and integrations with other platforms.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to educate and support them in utilizing ServiceNow for business services and automation.
* Lead projects related to creating business use cases on the ServiceNow platform.
* Design process, solution, data, and application architectures independently.
* Provide user support by making configuration adjustments, resolving issues, and documenting solutions.
Your Profile
* You hold a degree or certification in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
* You have 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer.
* You possess strong experience with the ServiceNow platform.
* You have development and scripting skills.
* You have a solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
* You excel in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
* You have proven ability in designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient ServiceNow solutions.
* You are proficient in English (spoken and written); German is an asset.
