We offer consulting, solutions, and managed security services, including Managed Detection & Response and Threat Intelligence Services. These services enable our customers to detect threats, identify risks, and respond appropriately to incidents.
We are seeking an Account Manager to support our sales team in the Bern and Eastern Switzerland region. This role will involve acquiring new customers, presenting our solution and service portfolio, and establishing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquisition of new customers and presentation of our solution and service portfolio
* Active support of existing partnerships
* Creation and negotiation of customer-specific solution offers
* Preparation, coordination, and execution of sales activities with our technical teams
* Establishment and further development of strategic partnerships
* Participation in trade fairs, symposiums, and customer events
Requirements:
* SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED BUSINESS OR TECHNICAL STUDIES (OR A VERY SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED TRAINING COURSE IN THE IT BUSINESS AREA)
* SEVERAL YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AS AN ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR DIRECT SALES OF COMPLEX IT SOLUTIONS IN THE B2B SECTOR
* PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE IN THE AREA OF IT SECURITY
* AFFILIABILITY TO INSPIRE YOURSELF AND OTHERS
* Negotiating strength and assertiveness
* ENJOY NETWORKING
* PROFICIENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH
