We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee all recruitment and onboarding functions, sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and recruiting top talent for various positions. Key responsibilities include advertising open roles, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Please note that this role requires working on-site at our office in Plan-Les-Ouates.
Responsibilities
* Advertise open roles across job boards, professional networks, and our careers page.
* Sources candidates using diverse methods, including social media and referrals.
* Built relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities via LinkedIn or other channels.
* Evaluates resumes and conducts initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
* Coordinates interviews between candidates, team members, and hiring managers.
* Ensures an exceptional candidate experience.
* Provides administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, reference checks, and onboarding assistance.
* Presents regular reports on recruiting metrics and progress to HR leadership.
* Hosts or participates in job fairs to promote our company culture.
Requirements
* 3+ years of recruitment experience.
* Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
* Familiarity with using social networks to post job ads and source candidates.
* Fluent English skills, with strong writing and speaking abilities.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly structured mindset and excellent time management skills to juggle multiple openings.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
