* Coordinate visitor security protocols and manage mail and courier distribution.

Requirements:
* 3-5 + years of experience as a receptionist, ideally in a private bank or financial services environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism and discretion.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
* Fluent in German and English is required, French is a plus
