Serves as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance in IT/OT (Information Technology/Operational Technology). Supporting onsite and remote staff in all IT-related needs. Work with local IT to support local desktop and infrastructure needs. Provision and support of IT servers/workstations in administration and production.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests.
Provide application and desktop support to users in North America.
Ensure quality in IT asset management.
Interface with teams across multiple countries.
Ensure IT deadlines and deliverables are met.
Collaborate with local and global IT.
Procurement, provisioning, and troubleshooting of SIG standard HW and SW for desktop, notebook, telephony, and video equipment.
Ensure compliance with basic information security measures and share knowledge about them.
Take ownership, work, and follow up on all tickets initiated by local users to ensure agreed service delivery and quality within committed resolution times.
Manage first-line troubleshooting of local infrastructure in liaison with the global second-level support groups.
You Bring these Skills, Experience & Education
Degree preferred in computer science. Certification acceptable.
Support all clients with Windows 10/11 versions.
Create and manage user accounts; Azure/On Prem/M365 Admin.
Support all clients with Microsoft 365 support applications.
