Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and administrative tasks.
2. Coordinate and manage customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Process sales orders, prepare sales reports, and maintain sales records.
4. Communicate with clients to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
6. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular feedback to the sales team.
7. Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentations and proposals.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
7. Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting.
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
