Job Description:
Your mission will be to assist the Marketing team in our day-to-day tasks, which include the following:
Website content integration
* Create and integrate new web pages using WordPress
* Collaborate with the UX team and external agencies to design and implement new website designs and features
* Oversee and update Yuh’s eShop (Shopify), ensuring client satisfaction
* Provide eShop clients’ support
* Perform daily updates to maintain website accuracy and relevance
Promotions and Campaign Management
* Develop and execute special promotions to attract new clients
* Manage cash-back campaigns and assess their effectiveness
* Analyze promotional performance and generate actionable insights
* Handle customer inquiries and feedback related to marketing topics
Coordination of client communication
* Help monitor email and in-app campaigns for engagement and brand alignment
* Ensure legal and compliance communications are delivered effectively in collaboration with relevant teams
* Collaborate with the Customer Care team to ensure clear and timely communication with clients during issues or critical situations
* Coordinate with external agencies to draft, review, and distribute press releases
Investment Universe Management
* Update investment product descriptions, logos, and factsheets in the app
* Analyze and support the expansion of the investment universe
* Oversee corporate actions and ensure timely updates
Marketing Operations
* Assist with year-end closing tasks
* Manage merchandising and promotional materials
* Maintain and organize the marketing knowledge base (Atlassian software) and document library
* Provide support for marketing and sponsorship events
Qualifications
Education
* Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, CREA (or equivalent)
Professional experience
* 1-2 years of experience via internships or professional experience
Skills
* Good command of spoken and written French and English (German is a plus)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Creative, open-minded, communicative, curious, and ready to learn
* Enjoy working independently but also in a team
* Interest in the world of finance
* Comfortable working in a fast-growing start-up environment
* Proactive and “can do” attitude
