Job Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate and timely corporate account receivables tasks for our entities, working closely with local teams and outsourced support.
* Oversee the account receivables process from billing software setup to first-level control for hotel fees, procurement rebates, and intercompany invoices.
* Maintain customer databases and ensure invoiced fees align with contracts.
* Send invoices, credit notes, and statements of accounts to customers.
* Support the outsourced team in allocating payments received to invoices.
* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
* Collaborate with cross-cultural departments, operational teams, and hotels.
Requirements:
* Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Experience with financial software; Oracle expertise is a plus.
* Reliable, organized, and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
* Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Fluency in English and French; German skills are a bonus.
