Growth Marketing Manager (Full-Time, Zurich-Based or Remote - Europe) Hi there, at SNAQ we support people with diabetes to better manage their blood sugar around meals. The award-winning app helps to count carbs, protein, and fat in meals by taking a photo, and supports learning what keeps blood sugar levels in check after meals. This solves one of the biggest struggles for people living with diabetes.

To support us on our journey, we are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager passionate about the subject. As a member of our small team, you will have a great impact on shaping the product, as well as the culture.

What you will do You will be the driving force behind all aspects of marketing our app to consumers. This includes leveraging paid ads, content/SEO, ASO, partnerships, and more to acquire, convert, and retain customers.
You design, implement, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across a variety of channels. Today we mainly use Google Adwords and Facebook but are open to experimenting.
You optimize our organic search traffic on the App Store (ASO) as well as SEO of our website and blog.
You create the required marketing and communication assets (visuals and copy) for our campaigns.
You take care of our social media channels, website, and other consumer-facing communication assets.
You engage and manage potential third-party marketing partners (PR agencies, copywriters, etc.).
Qualifications You have a proven passion for marketing at startups in a B2C context.
Expertise in using analytics tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, Google) and ad platforms (mainly Google, Facebook).
Solid graphical skills with Figma, Sketch, Affinity, Photoshop, or similar.
You are able to write and speak German as well as English fluently.
Familiarity with product analytics tools like Mixpanel and mobile attribution solutions like Appsflyer are a plus.
Basic web development skills are a plus.
