The International Olympic Committee is the guardian of the Olympic Games and the leader of the Olympic Movement.

About the role:
As the Games Delivery Trainee you will be offering support for projects managed by the Games Delivery Office in the Olympic Games Department and support the preparation and delivery of internal meetings and meetings with Organising Committees.
Your responsibilities:
Project support:
1. Support the Games Delivery Office on a range of projects designed to provide support to Organising Committees using effective project management, including initial needs assessment to technical development, implementation, and user adoption.
2. Support the project leads of each of the Olympic Games and Youth Olympic Games in the preparation, delivery, and follow-up of key Organising Committee meetings and workshops, across the entire lifecycle of a Games.
3. Utilize project management tools and systems, such as the RADIO (Risks, Actions, Decisions, Issues, Opportunities) register, and the Consolidated Schedule to track project milestones, identify potential risks, and document actions taken.
4. Assist and support the Games Delivery Managers to keep the Games Delivery Hub (Sharepoint) up to date.
5. Actively engage in project team meetings by providing updates on progress, communicating upcoming deadlines, and highlighting any missed due dates.
6. Support any other ad hoc activities required by the Games Delivery team.
Data analysis and reporting:
1. Collect relevant data from various sources to support decision-making processes.
2. Collaborate with team members to create comprehensive reports, presentations, dashboards, and other outputs using Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Administrative and logistical support:
1. Assist the Games Delivery Office team by organizing meetings and workshops.
Stakeholder engagement:
1. Foster strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders within the Games Delivery Office and the broader Games Management Team.
2. Assist stakeholders in understanding and utilizing central tools, systems, and processes.
Games-time responsibilities:
1. During the operational phase of the Games, support the Games Delivery Office by managing various administrative and logistical tasks.
2. Assist in logistical arrangements for GDO School Team Training.
Our requirements:
1. University level education.
2. Excellent English oral and written skills (Fluent French oral and written skills preferable).
3. Excellent command of MS Office 365 applications.
4. Ability to build excellent relationships.
5. Demonstrates an understanding of working in diverse and multicultural environments.
6. Ability to plan tasks, manage priorities, and organize own time.
7. Very good analytical skills.
8. Delivers work on time and to the required standards.
