- Ideally, a university degree in civil engineering or architecture.
- Over 5 years of experience in project management or real estate development; experience in Switzerland is mandatory.
- Technical expertise in construction processes and building systems.
- Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness and flexibility for day trips within Switzerland and in Europe.
- Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and ability to synthesize information.
- Fluency in French and English is required; knowledge of German, Italian or Portuguese is a significant plus.
