Responsibilities
As a Project Manager at Nunatak, you’ll be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
* Conceptualization of cross-functional strategies
* Professional communication – both internally, in the team, and externally, with decision-makers up to the executive-management level
* Development of business models, business plans, and portfolio, positioning and marketing strategies
* Analyses of market, competition and best practices
* Evaluations of the economic efficiency of business models/strategies and potential investment targets, all the way to due diligence
* Project management and coordination of internal and external teams
* Professional and personal mentoring of younger colleagues
Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
* Completed diploma studies or master’s degree in business administration, economics or similar concentration, with exceptional performance; MBA or doctoral degree desirable
* Several years of experience at the senior level, preferably in strategy consulting
* Solid knowledge of trends, technologies and models in the field of digitalization (lean start-up, design thinking, etc.), as well as knowledge of mergers and acquisitions
* The ability to break down complex issues, derive concrete, strategic courses of action from them, and implement these courses of action
* Leadership potential and confident demeanor
* The ability to build long-term client relationships and acquire new clients
* Very good knowledge of project management and agile project management methods, as well as of MS Office
* Business fluency and expressiveness in German and English (written and spoken)
