Location: preferred Olten or Lausanne.Your main responsibilitiesResponsible for Group market conduct analysisManage the trade surveillance toolEvaluate the surveillance tool alertsIdentify other suspicious trading behaviorMonitor open position limits obligationsRegular contact to TradersEscalate suspicious findingsSupport of Trade Compliance activitiesCooperate with other departments (especially with Trading, Front Support, Regulatory etc.)Communicate with regulators, trading venues, and system vendorsYour profileUniversity or BA degree in technical, engineering, business, legal or finance plus 5+ years' experience in a relevant positionAdvanced knowledge of commodity trading is a must-haveKnowledge of the EU applicable rules on market conduct Experience with the management of a surveillance tool Willingness to learn new things, a proactive approach and willing to mentor junior colleaguesAnalytical mind and orientation on results Excellent communication skills Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
