Short Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage our organization's purchasing activities (with a focus on IT related procurement matters). The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services, maintain supplier relationships, and optimize procurement processes to meet business needs. Main Responsibilities Customer Service Provides procurement guidance and support to employees in all regions Procurement systems end-user support and training as well as other procurement trainings Ensure decentralized organisation activities remain compliant wit the AO Policies and Guidelines Category Management Develops strategic purchasing plans that align with business objectives, for own area of responsibility Manages contracts for own area of responsibility and coordinate changes with stakeholders (requester, legal) Ensures delivery performance in accordance with the order instructions and ensures an efficient service is provided to the end user Analytics and Continuous Improvement Tracks spending and conducts procurement analyses on markets, products and suppliers for assigned categories Analyzes and monitors data related to key suppliers, purchasing activities and volumes and proposes appropriate actions Develops and conducts regular reporting to oversee procurement activities Operational Procurement Processes purchase requests and orders as well as invoices S2P (Sourcing2Pay): support the organization in new vendor sourcing (RfQ/RfP), negotiating, ordering and invoice verification in SAP ByD, whichever is applicable Maintains and ensures correctness of contract master data, product master data and catalogues Acts as Subject Matter Expert and system administrator for the Procurement systems maintenance Main Requirements BSc or specialized certification in supply and procurement At least 5 years of professional experience in either procurement, supply chain/logistics management systems, analytics.
