Position:
For our Headquarters in Novazzano, Switzerland, we are looking for an Application Service Specialist who is responsible for:
supporting direct clients and partners for automation and middleware products and performing on site activities (installation, upgrades, add-on) and trainings.
Joining the Inpeco Customer Success Team you will have the opportunity to travel around the world and to support the most important Inpeco's Clients and Partners.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with:
Necessary knowledge of English language
Availability to travel 70-80% of the time, even one month per time;
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering;
Resiliance to stressfull situation.
Electrical Drawing Interpretation;
Mechanical and Electronical knowledge;
Previous experience on any kind of automation as technical expert;
Log analysis and troubleshooting HW/FW/SW.
Nice to have:
A previous experience in healthcare industry.
Robotic control SW experience;
Experience on vision systems.
