Job Description
We are seeking a German-speaking Accountant for our client, an international boutique trust company in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client accounting independently
* Prepare financial statements in accordance with OR regulations
* Oversee financial accounting and liquidity planning
* Manage payroll accounting
* Connect social insurances and prepare annual declarations
* Supervise 2-3 clerks/apprentices
* Negotiate contracts
* Assist in the compliance process
* Prepare tax returns for legal entities
* Review tax assessments and invoices
* Provide support and advice on client mandates
* Maintain and update client dossiers
* Filing of digital and paper documents
* Prepare minutes and powers of attorney
* Assist in setting up companies
* Participate in internal meetings
* Lead professional presentations for internal training
Requirements:
* Commercial education
* Completed trustee or accountant further training
* At least 5 years' experience in trusteeship, preferably in an international environment
* Excellent client communication skills
* Professional appearance
