Job Title: Strategic IT Financial, Licensing & Resourcing Lead (f/m/d)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Financial, Licensing & Resourcing Lead to drive financial efficiency, long-term resource planning, and licensing management within our IT division.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversight of IT financial management, resource planning, service catalogue, and licensing across the IT division
* Collaboration with financial controlling and IT teams to align costs and investments with business strategies
* Coordination of budget requests from IT teams and steering of financial efficiency for value creation
* Management of IT licenses and contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and standards
* Establishment and auditing of license management processes, integrating them into IT operations
* Optimization of license agreements in collaboration with Procurement, negotiation of contracts, and monitoring of market trends
* Oversight of procurement and management of contractor resources, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance
* Forecasting of resource needs, identification of skill gaps, and timely provision of resources
* Analysis and reporting on IT financial performance, resource utilization, and license management metrics
* Guidance to IT teams on financial, licensing, and resourcing matters, ensuring adherence to best practices and service management principles
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
* 8+ years of experience in IT financial management, resource management, IT service management, or a strategic IT role
* Experience with Software Asset Management, Licensing Management tools, and IT Service Management tools; ITIL certification preferred
* Strong understanding of IT project lifecycles, methodologies, and resource requirements
* Proficiency in financial modeling and IT budgeting software
* Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build relationships across departments
* Experience in the trading or energy sectors is an advantage
* Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus
