Consisting of high-net-worth individuals and their representatives, our sales consultants arrange private jet charters for everything and anything from corporate business meetings to leisure trips.
Joining the company as a trainee, you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 months as you become familiar with the role and industry. During this time, you will see first-hand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off with ease. You will learn everything from how to build a successful sales list, work with HNWI and of course, how to administer a charter flight all whilst delivering exceptional service to your clients.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a customer-facing role in luxury products and services - essential
* Fluency in French - essential
* Client focused with the ability to build strong relationships
* Exceptional communication skills
* Ambitious, motivated and willing to learn new skills & industry
* Hardworking and flexible, this role is not simply 9-5
* Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
* Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
* Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
* MUST be able to travel frequently & often at short notice
* Must hold a full driver's license

70'000 CHF Base Salary + 10% Uncapped Commission
