Job Description
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to deliver commercial results in line with our sales plan. This role involves developing and executing strategies to grow the Solutions and Rack Systems business within IT/OT accounts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in IT Channel Account Management and solution selling, as well as a proven track record of success in sales and leadership. They will be responsible for ensuring effective use of BFO and related sales operation processes, including STIP and forecasting.
Liaising with Channel Marketing to identify necessary tools and collateral is also an essential part of this role. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and build strong business networks up to VP level.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to grow the Solutions and Rack Systems business within IT/OT accounts.
* Ensure effective use of BFO and related sales operation processes, including STIP and forecasting.

* Build strong business networks up to VP level.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or IT.
* Proven track record of success in sales and leadership.
* Experience in IT Channel Account Management and solution selling.
* Fluency in German and English with excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
* Strong listening and communication skills.
