As a SAP developer, you’ll be at the forefront of this innovation, working on groundbreaking projects that are shaping the future of HR across industries.
Your responsibilities include:
* Independently carrying out software development related to SAP HCM and/or SAP BTP.
* Engaging in innovative and dynamic consulting roles in HR-IT projects for clients.
* Taking leadership in (sub-) projects.
* Conducting analysis, planning, and developing cutting-edge HR concepts, then implementing them for clients.
* Supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of existing clients.
* Collaborating with the sales team to create technically sound, customized client proposals.
Your profile:
* You possess SAP experience, particularly in HCM, SuccessFactors, or the Business Technology Platform.
* You have strong programming skills in ABAP, JAVA, and/or SAPUI5.
* You are a positive, motivated individual with a passion for personal and professional growth.
* You take ownership of your work, operate independently, and always prioritize the needs of your clients.
* You demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities along with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
* You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
