Senior Consultant | Semiconductor, Automotive, Software Engineering
A fantastic opportunity for a skilled Digital Design engineer to join a global leading semiconductor company, who are developing silicon solutions which help improve lives around the world.
You will be part of a team developing low power DSP systems, secure Bluetooth MCUs, and dependable mixed-signal SoCs that sense and connect our world, or help manage personal health concerns through body or implantable devices.
You will architect, specify, implement, simulate, and evaluate digital circuits for our leading-edge ultra-low power ICs.
Responsibilities
1. Participate in feasibility studies and architecture definitions of new products.
2. Generate detailed specifications and test plans for digital components and systems.
3. Implement and verify digital components and larger digital portions of System-on-Chips (SoC) designs.
4. Perform system integration and system simulations of pre-verified digital components.
5. Participate in the digital backend activities.
6. Provide technical leadership.
7. Work with colleagues in other countries to improve design methodology and design flow.
Requirements
1. A Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, or equivalent.
2. 5+ years of digital IC design and verification experience.
3. Good English written and verbal communication skills.
Beneficial Skills
1. Experience with Advanced digital verification methodology (e.g. UVM).
2. RTL to GDS flow, including logic synthesis, place-and-route, STA, ATPG.
3. Design and/or programming of MCU based systems.
4. Scripting languages.
