Job Title: Customer Activation (CRM) Intern
This internship offers hands-on experience in CRM execution and contributes to impactful consumer activations.
About the Role
* You will support the transition of CRM campaign management by assisting in the delivery of email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail assets.
* You will collaborate closely with the Customer Activation Manager to develop CRM content for local markets.
* You will help standardize CRM processes and analyze post-campaign performance to drive improvements.
A Day in the Life
* Assist in creative asset development by helping to brief agencies, gather feedback, and ensure everything aligns with brand and campaign guidelines.
* Help coordinate the delivery of CRM content across various communication channels.
* Analyze post-activation campaign performance to identify key learnings and provide insights for future activations.
* Support the CRM campaign transition process by ensuring a smooth handover of campaign workflows, templates, and best practices.
Requirements
* Student or fresh graduate in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
* Interest in CRM, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
* Highly organized & flexible, comfortable dealing with many stakeholders and projects.
* Analytical skills & business-oriented mindset.
