Job Description
We are looking for a Private Banker Assistant to join our dynamic and growing team in New Markets in Geneva.
The candidate will work closely with a Senior Private Banker to offer a premium service to our private clients.
* Support Private Bankers in clients' administrative and commercial activities, ensuring a service of excellence to a UHNW and HNW demanding clientele.
* Provide information to clients about their portfolios.
* Verify, process and place transfer and all market orders in the system as per client instructions, and follow up.
* Liaise with internal services to ensure timely and accurate execution/resolution of clients' requests.
* Manage account openings and proactively process and follow account openings, monitor accounts, cash management, and overdrafts.
* Proactively deal with all administrative tasks (filing/recording of documentation and KYC, FCRM alerts monitoring, documentation update, etc.) in collaboration with Private Bankers.
* Prepare, under the guidance of the Private Bankers, presentation material for client meetings and for business development activities.
* Deal with clients' mailing.
* Support clients with online access.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Academic or commercial education in the financial field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in banking, in a similar role.
* English and French very fluently spoken and written; Arabic optional.
* Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (follow-up of complex tables, creation of presentations and reports, etc.), ideally knowledge of the G2 in-house tool.
* Very good knowledge of Private Banking services (Lombard Loans, Portfolio Management, Life Insurance, etc.).
* Pleasant personality, ability to integrate into an existing team and to work as part of a team, open-mindedness.
* Commercial spirit, and excellent presentation. Strong resistance to stress, ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Strong sense of confidentiality.
