Job Responsibilities Provide technical guidance to SAP specialists, mainly in Asia, USA, and Switzerland, and participate in transitioning requirements, functional specifications, and use cases to developers to ensure a clear understanding.
Design and document solution alternatives that align with local business requirements, global template processes, and architectural principles, leveraging industry and business best practices.
Run Fit/Gap and Design workshops and execute project activities to educate site business colleagues on standardized and global template processes and SAP functions.
Work with site business colleagues and global business process owners to define business requirements and use cases for localizations.
Collaborate with members of other Process, Business Applications, and ICT teams to configure defined solutions and assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for functional, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing.
Develop functional specifications for configuration and customization, including reports, integrations, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows, and implement them with the team or independently.
Ensure the solution built is scalable to high volume, flexible for future enhancements, and upgradable for next-generation solutions.
Perform functional acceptance testing execution after development completion and collaborate on innovative solutions to support the future of the company.
Lead and manage SAP project implementation teams comprising consulting and internal resources across different business units and sites.
Create and manage complex enterprise-wide project plans and lead activities to manage scope, dependencies, risks, and schedules for SAP projects.
Minimum Requirements Many years of professional experience in SAP.
Configuration and customization skills of the SAP S/4 HANA modules PP or EAM.
SAP MM or SD knowledge would be a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Comprehensive understanding of business processes.
Networking, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel (20-30%).
