Role Overview:
The ISRM Operation Manager will play a key role in developing, managing, and optimizing Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency within a leading pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement automated IAM solutions in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) based on business requirements.
* Ensure seamless IAM system integration across enterprise applications & user authentication workflows.
* Enhance APS (Access Provisioning System) and AD integrations to optimize user access management.
* Ensure IAM compliance with Novartis security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Manage system patching, maintenance, and monitoring to enhance IAM security posture.
* Support IAM risk management initiatives, security audits, and incident response processes.
* Lead APS & Active Directory (AD) administration and integration for enterprise user provisioning.
* Oversee Oracle email migration and ensure seamless transition of identity management services.
* Collaborate with IT security teams to optimize IAM workflows during email system transitions.
* Act as a key liaison between IT, security, and business teams to align IAM processes with organizational needs.
* Support IAM deployment teams in troubleshooting & system validation.
* Train business users and IT teams on IAM best practices and system functionality.
Key Qualifications:
* 7+ years in IAM security, system design, and automation.
* Strong hands-on experience in OIM development & automation.
* Knowledge of APS provisioning & AD authentication workflows.
* Understanding of IAM policies, regulatory compliance, and security risk management.
* Experience in overseeing IAM roles in enterprise email migration projects.
* Strong patch management, system security, and access control oversight.
* PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting for IAM system automation (preferred).
* Oversee IAM operations across multiple applications while ensuring security compliance.
* Maintain detailed IAM configurations, provisioning workflows, and security policies.
* Troubleshoot IAM system issues and implement automation for efficiency.
* Adapt to changing IAM security needs and regulatory updates.
* Work closely with IT security teams, business process owners, and external vendors.
