* Manage and oversee the existing customer portfolio within the assigned region.
* Prospect and acquire new customers across Switzerland.
* Collaborate with the Technical Supervisor and Sales Manager to create customized pricing offers.
* Maintain and update the internal systems and report to the Sales Manager, prepare detailed visit reports.
* Address and resolve application issues with or without technical service support.
* Provide technical assistance to customers, including engineering support, equipment installation, and troubleshooting.
* Plan, conduct, analyze, and document laboratory tests for customer applications.
* Train and educate customers and users on the equipment and machines.
* Define, organize, and participate in Swiss exhibitions and trade shows to expand the customer base.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational organization, with a preference for the plastic industry.
* Engineering degree with a mechanical background.
* Proficiency in German and French or English.
* Strong organizational skills and autonomy.
* Ability to work autonomously while reporting to the local business line.
* A willingness to combine technical knowledges and sales capabilities.
The role is a hybrid one, you can be based anywhere in Switzerland with one day per week at the headquarters in Romandie.
The role includes a base fixed salary, a bonus, and a company car.
