Our client is a family office.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Projections & Planning: Develop financial forecasts, budgets, cash forecasts and strategic projections to support decision-making.
2. Reporting & Analysis: Consolidate financial reports across different locations, providing insights, variance analyses, and actionable recommendations.
3. Risk Management & Red Flags: Identify financial irregularities and potential risks, providing timely red-flag alerts to senior management.
4. Oversight of Local Teams: Supervise work performed by local accounting, fiduciary and legal staff.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external advisors to maintain transparency and ensure alignment with family office objectives.
You will join a small structure and have a key role. You will be based in the city center.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or Master in Finance, Accounting or related field.
2. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Big 4, a family office, corporate finance or similar role.
3. Fluent in French and English.
4. Excellent communication and ability to be assertive and demanding.
The role will require occasional travel (20% of the time) within Europe.
